Welcome to the Ramsdell Road Association Website
The Gray, ME Ramsdell Road Association consists of the portion of Ramsdell Road that runs between the area where tar meets dirt and Grape Island Trail. The Association also includes Lake Grove Springs, Carr Road, Loon Lane, and Grape Island Trail.
Every property owner within the boundaries of the association is considered a member.
The purpose of our Road Association is to manage the maintenance and improvement of our roads fairly and equitably to the benefit of all members. To that end, every member - defined as any individual owning property accessed via the association road - is responsible for paying at least one annual road due currently in the amount of $400.00 (as of July 20, 2025).
